While waiting outside for a party to pass by to join to get Titan (I don't recommend this, it took me over 30 hours), my eyes lit up when I did a search of the area and 2 extra names popped up. Immediately I perked up walked in front of the crystal with my seek tag on. It was an Elvaan and a Taru. The Elvaan asks me if I want to join the party to face Titan (using auto-translate of course), and I naturally accept ecstatically! I join the group and expected to see 3 others. There were none. It was just this lvl 71 Elvaan Ninja/Thf and level 70 Taru Whm/Blm. So I was getting ready to sit back down as a party like this could not take summon, I thought.

The elvaan yells "go go go!". Is this guy for real? Does he know who he's fighting? We're gonna get slaughtered! Either way, waiting another 30 hours for a party didn't wet my appetite so I joined in and stood back. The elvaan yelled "GO!!".... Cautiously, I approached Titan. How freaking huge! I figured... what the hell? So I pulled out my Knuckles and let the wailing begin. This is about what I saw in the log:

etc. The fight lasted only 15 minutes!

It was incredible! 1 guy was pretty much soloing Titan! I'm proud to say I got Titan thanks to this awesome Ninja. My first Avatar Now I'm on hour 21 waiting for Garuda Anyway, thought I had to share that.

By the way, the party before that had 6 level 70s and they came back 20 minutes later with 2 dead. :D

You should see a 75SMN solo ramuh with only carbuncle, it took 25 minutes lololol - but he did it.

Highlevel ninja or rdm can solo avatars, its all about resisting the astral flow and keeping blink up if its a ninja.
