Because the GMs do nothing.
In fact some of us have been threatened by GMs themselves with suspension AND/OR ban.


If Gilseller A is not CAUGHT IN THE ACT violating the ToS, there will be no ban, even if said Gilseller admits to selling gil.
Only 100% way is to buy gil and show GM the chat logs and transaction.
And get both accounts banned.

Not accusing but questiong Dadada in Oldtown. tends to be there quite a bit, anon, no LS, only there if Annu (Anuu?) is there. I suspect they work together to keep the mining points in their region as Anuu keeps to only 4 spots. I know she's already on the list and has botting techniques. waits at points for a particular amount of time, then moves on. only wears a warp crudgel.

You have Yanling listed twice, once in the RMT list, and again in the people who party with RMT.

Also Matolo, Darkboy and, Dorran are in the ls "Special" or something like that, pretty sure thats right though.

I saw what I thought was a new gilseller LS last night doing a KSNM99.

I think the name of the LS was FlyTheDragon; not 100% sure on the name, but it's a sky blue color.

The reason why I think they were a seller LS was because, out of 18ish people there, about 14 of them were Tarutaru mages. The only non-Tarutarus there appeared to be tanks.

Reason I am in doubt is because some people did have the CoP reward rings. I can't see sellers getting completing CoP...

OK I'm gonna pull a shocker for all of you with this post.
After reading your posts here and what was left of alla, and seeing the way you speak about zuzupetals, I'm gonna ask you to add me to your list.

I know you're thinking this guy is nuts, well my reason for saying this is very simple. Spending anytime playing FFXI and being social you're bound to form friendships, and I've been friends with Zuzupetals since I started this game, and frankly when i see her name on a list like this thats basically encouraging people to avoid her with any interaction and ruin her game experience of course im gonna be upset. Now i understand the reason she was put on your list and thats fine, you wanna put her on the list by association thats your choice, its your list.

Now don't mistake me either, I'm no fan of gil sellers either, however when the server gets hit with inflation like it did in January and the prices skyrocketed its not solely the gil sellers fault, its the gil buyers as well as the rest of the server including yourself and myself, because if you want to tell me that when the prices were high you didnt take advantage and sell your items for as much as you possibly could I'd find that hard to believe.

But getting back to why I want to be on your list, I'll tell you why and the reason is very simple. I have a loyalty to my friends, and because of that if someone is going to exclude someone that I'm close friends with because they read their name on a list and don't even know the person, they might as well exclude me also.

Now you can go ahead and do your magic and "ruin" my endgame experience, but honestly I don't see how doing that would make you better than any gilseller.
