Honestly, I think any mage will eventually have to level it to 37. It has a strong possibility of becoming the new standard sub for WHM, BLM, maybe RDM.
Depending on how I like it after 37, I'll decide then whether or not to take it to 75.

If the enfeeble-ga is 37 or lower it will be the new RDM sub for a lot of things.

Like every other job in the game, I will try Scholar out. Not sure I'll get to it on the first day, but hell, I'll get there sooner rather than later.

I won't be, probably ... I'm not planning to rush out and buy the expansion. It's mostly endgame, and I have nothing to do with endgame at this point ... I only just finished G5 and don't have either Sea or Sky.

Unlocking this as soon as I can to play with.

At the very least I want it to sub level. Been thinking for a while that /mage (unless you are talking whm) seems a bit crap when compared to most /melee but this looks like it could be an awsome subjob.

Looks interesting as a main too, the weather control (gear applications particularly) seems like it could open up some interesting possibilities.

Lol one of our blms turned round in dynamis and said "sleeping mobs is for rdm only". I will level it at some point, just not immediately.

I certainly won't have it on day 1. It does come out shortly before Thanksgiving, and I'll certainly pick it up when I go home that weekend. However, my playtime would be drastically reduced after said holiday thanks to exams.

90% of the content will be for high level players according to SE.

Yeah, but there's still those Campaign Missions they said can be done solo and at low levels.
I'd say they were just giving a rough estimate at the time. Hopefully there's some lower level areas to serve as alternate exp camps.

Yeah I don't really consider something to be "End Game" just because it's best done at lvl75.

Example: Sea(end game), lvl75 EMN(not end game).

As far as "SE said so" goes, I'll wait until I see it until I believe it.
