Re: Wheeling Thrust..
As far as I know, Wheeling Thrust is DRG ONRY. SAM can reach the skill level required, which is Lv.225, but can't actually use Wheeling Thrust. Not even with DRG sub.

SAM can do the Impulse Drive Quest at Lv.75 though.

Yes, SAM, DRG, and WAR can all do the Impulse Drive WS quest. But only DRG can actually use Wheeling Thrust.
