Is it true the latent 5% accuracy occurs if tp is below 100?

Just get a woodsman ring. It's +5 acc and Racc all the time.

The Ronin Ring will require you to have hp in the yellow or lower. I am not sure whether or not you must also have less than 100% tp. I had heard that before but I don't like the idea that S-E would put 2 restricting circumstances on an item that's not brutally overpowered.

You can read through all of this thread to mayhaps find that answer.

They really shoulda made this ring acc +7 at least...

Just read through the page, looks like about 5 accounts on the first page claiming you have to have yellow hp and under 100% tp. Lame. This thing should be a Peacock Ring.

I cant afford a woodsman, I do use a Venerer. Im halfway to being able to afford a hauby though.

Ronin Ring activates with HP in the yellow AND when your tp is less than 100%.

Both conditions must be met for the ring's effect to happen.
