Body Armor (best of the best)
Greetings, fellow samurai,

I'm a 69 samurai on Alexander, and currently use a Master's Gi (for fighting) and the AF body armor for looks/farming. Arhat's Gi for the occasional tanking as well.

Now, I've looked at the possible upgrades and tried to determine what my body armor slot should end up with.

I'd like to hear your opinions:
Haubergeon
Scorpion Harness
Rasetsu
Relic/AF2

any others? and which would you prefer?

well if you have money for scorpion harness id shoot for haubergon+1 instead, but if your not doing great on money id stay with masters gi or rastue armor til you get your af 2 just my 2cents

damn your considering AF2? the only samurai ive seen with in on alexander, is Bishamon, Relic gloves and boots....id be lucky just considering Relic on that list, even though im not a 70+ samurai yet /cry

This is imo i kinda like the Scorpion Harness better then the haubergon.....not sure why but i think it looks tighter, thats not to say the hauber is ugly or anything, there both very good items and they both look hot, but i think the scorpion harness is tighter. If you've seen Guilt lately, i recognize him more as a DRK with his hauber on then a Samurai....chronoviper is the only person ive seen with scorpion harness with the exception of a few by passers I didnt catch the names of.

Not that I'd know, but what you are using looks fine, especially since you have 3 different pieces to adapt to different situations. You should do fine until you get your relic armor, or you can prey that Kirin's Osode will magically appear in your delivery box (wouldn't that be a miracle).

*Edit: You'd think über armor like that would look a little cooler in-game.

*ReEdit: Also look at the Gavial Mail if you can afford it.
