Reactivation // Billing

I would like to reactivate my FFXI content ID's, but I am not sure if it will charge me for the month of August as well as September.

I'd assume if I waited until 12:30AM has past in all NA timezones, then I'd be same, but I also have heard that during maintenance they bill immediately. There is said to be registration server maintenance, specifically for reactivations and cancellations, so I'm wondering when I could reactivate.

Wait till Sept 2nd just to be safe? Otherwise google what the time difference is between you and Japan and do the math if you want to reactivate as soon as possible.
