I tried retrieving my POL account today through the web support and the person told me that I had the address wrong. I know for a fact that there is no way possible that I have the address wrong. The representative told me that it wasn't even the right state. The last time I played was about 3 years ago but I had all the other information correct except for credit card because I have no idea what card I was even using at the time and I probably do not have it anymore. So my question now is what can I do. The representative wasn't helpful at all. I asked what I could do about it now and all they said was think more about the address and get back to us. That isn't helpful at all. Somehow the address changed and I was not the one to change it. The representative also said that the address never changed which I am positive that they are wrong about. How far back do their records go? If it was changed like 2 years ago or something would it be in their records because it had to have been changed by someone.

I'm sure their records go back to the beginning of the game. If anyone knew your log in info or it was saved on another computer that other people had access to, anyone could have changed that information. Call your credit card company or bank to get the old credit card number. Or if you have your instruction manuals for the game then you'll have the original registration codes and you can call them back and use that for proof.

I said I have all of the registration codes for the game and all the expansions if that helps and they ignored it. And I'm really not sure what credit card it could have been on and if someone was able to change the address couldn't the CC info be different too. I didnt speak to them on the phone I used the web support thing.
