| Junior Member  |   Help! Need to get my character back
Ok, so i havent played this game in probably 5 years. so i need to get my account to xbox but my problem is: i remember nothing about my account ID or password. all i know is the characters on my account and the email address the account is under. i tried the forgot my password feature but it wont accept the email address. am i going to have to start completely over? please help me

When you left originally did you just cancel content ID's or did you delete your playonline account and characters? If the latter then theirs no way you will get your character back.

actually i didnt do anything at all. i just stopped playing. i didnt cancel anything. just stopped playing thats it. am i in trouble?

Well if you give customer (lol) service a ring and have as much information as possible you might be able to retrieve your details. You'll need the registration codes from your original game, name and address on the account, the credit card number from the card you used in the past.

Here is the reactivation program information: FINAL FANTASY XI Character Reactivation Service If you need to contact SE about your account, here is their contact information: Customer Service Info: Phone Support: US PlayOnline Information Center (858) 790-7529 (PLAY) Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Pacific Time (excluding weekends and holidays) Web Chat Support: https://secure.playonline.com/supportus/index.html Have as much information as you can available when you call, like your personal info, credit card info, POL ID and password (returning and established players), and possibly your registration codes. You can try and see if they can help you out with the limited information you have about your account. It would GREATLY help your cause if you had your booklet with the original registration codes and/or the credit card number that you used to pay for the account. Also note that if you canceled the card without canceling your Content ID's, there may be some back fees that you will owe. It will probably be a month's worth or two of user fees.
