I'm on a dial up at work so its hard to surf FFXI forums without waiting twenty minutes for the annoying pages to load. Does anyone have a link to the download version that has all the expansion packs? All i see is physical copies which are on backorder and since i live in the middle of no where, the ppl delivering stuff often get lost and give up.

Direct2Drive: Buy FINAL FANTASY XI Vana'diel Collection 2008 Download here's a link to direct2drive which may be the only way to download the game. (It has the main game and all of the expansion packs.) If you download from direct2drive you might want to read these threads first:

I wouldn't recommend trying to download the game from the dail-up at work however lol.

If where you work wouldn't mind package delivery, you could also try ordering it and have it delivered to your place of work. That's what my brother does since he lives at a apartment and he's never home to accept the package.

Um, you might be able to try Gamestop.com. When I was looking for a PS2 copy of the the 2008 collection I tried there and I think you could buy the 2008 pc version from the site and download from there. Not 100% sure, but worth a shot, no? ^.^`

Gamestop.com - Search you can download all 3 expansions separate for 19.99 each. The only thing they don't have on there is the original game which you need to play the expansions. I bought the 2008 collection from Gamestop the other day to install on my main computer since I usually play on the laptop and I couldn't find my discs. The guy there told me that they are hard to keep in stock and when they run out that they never know when they'll get another few in stock.
