Ok, i've searched these forums, and nothing really came up about my issue. And not sure if i'm going to get any help, but... It's been about two years since ive played. I do not have my password, so i talked to playonline support after 4 days of trying to reach them, and i needed my credit card that was on the account. That was two years ago, that credit card is long gone now, and can't grab the number... Any other way to get my password back?

I created a new account n was all super excited, but got sick of the dunes, and remembered how long it took me to get everything that i already had, done...
So that is why i want my account back lol, but its looking like the chances are slim to none. Along with the character may not even being there even if i do get the password.

They need a way of verifying that it is you who owned the account back then... As far as I know, the only way to do that is the credit card number.

I have to agree. You will need that cc number or else how would they know its you? Name, address, and phone number are far to easy to come by these days.
