well i quited ff11 bout 2 yrs ago bc it takes to much time to do anything. but i loved the game. i was a lvl 63 sam 37 war 38 drg 29 rng and a few others. i got a couple of questions.

1.does it still take for ever to lvl up? bc in wow they nerfed the xp data and u can lvll faster now.anythin similer with ff11?

2.well not really a question but do u think my account is still active?i doubt it lol.

3. whats new with wings of goddess?

4.whats new with the samuria class? last time i played was around 2006 may.did they nerf em buff em up? hows the pvp? r there only 2 kinds of balista in th game?

i started pplayin wow around last yr june and got to lvl 70 in bout a month.but then i jus got bored of wow bc its doin the same **bleep** over and over again. how long do u think it takes to get to 75? last time i was playin toook me bout 6 months jus to get to 60 but that was playin on and off due to life problems ps2 HDD fu.ked up and lvlin other jobs.well thats all i have for now hopefully ill b convince to come back bc i still have the 1st 3 games expensions.i can buy WoG wen i need it which i doubt im gona need till like lvl 60 or something.and if i start playin ima play on ps3 any differences from ps2?

I'm confused. One month to reach level 70 is too fast, but six months to reach level 75 is far too long. So you're ideally looking for about three months to reach the cap?

1. It's subjective. You can, if you have the gear and items, and help from friends, reach level 75 in less than a month, starting from level 1. But that's a very small segment of the FFXI population. For most people, it will take about half a year or so. Maybe more, maybe less depending on their playtime.

2. If it were still "active" you'd still be paying for it. Does it still exist? Probably somewhere. If you didn't delete it you should be able to just start up your billing again. If you did, you'll have to contact customer service about possibly getting it reinstated.

3. No idea. I haven't played since the expansion came out. But lots of cool things, from what I hear.

4. I'm not qualified to answer this. PvP is much the same as it has always been, however. If you're looking for PvP, FFXI may not be the game for you.

thnks 4 the reply.do u still have to do quests? to break the lvl cap? like when u get to 50?and im goin back to my old server bismarck hopefully i can find alot of old friends to bring me back on my feet.

Yes, you still have to do the level cap break quests if you haven't done them before. They aren't too difficult to do these days as you can hit about a dozen 75s by throwing a rock in any direction. Having a few good friends can make them fly by.

1. Some levels will be faster then others. New signet bonus's will help the exp per hour and once your high enough you can always LFG while you campaign, and then when you get to ToUA you get some pretty cool sanction buffs one increases your exp. Not to mention there is a exp ring that gives you a boost 1 time a day.

2. Depends on how old your Char is. I think I read the max is one year and then its deleted for good.

3. Nothing new is up with WotG. If you read up on what the release is like then your pretty much on par with whats going on. Some new zones for low levels to exp but will never. Some mid and high level zones nobody will use and absolutely 0 Bst camps for 75 merits.

4. Sam got a couple new Job abilities or traits I am not 100% sure which since I never played it any higher then 37 ages ago. We did get gear called straps thats suppose to lower 2 handed delay, but once again am not a user of it other then for my charm macro on Bst.

Balisita is pretty much dead on my server. It might be more active on others but I wouldn't know. 99% of the time matches were canceled.

But if you do get your 60 char back depending on the job you could probably get the last 15 levels pretty quick in TOUA.

So I was thinking of making a return myself just to find that my discs are scratched up pretty bad... any ideas if there is anywhere I can DL backups?

If your a ps2 or 360 user they have the 4 pack. If your a pc player then you can only get the 2007 collection and you have to buy the WOTG disc.

Or you can just torrent the files and use your own log in codes. Then again I probably wouldn't.
