new changes to outpost teles?

I read that there may or may not have been changes to the outpost traveling. Does your nation have to be in control of the area in order to do the supply quest? I'd love to be able to start the game again, and this would be a huge issue for me if traveling is made this much easier at the lower end of the game.

Read up on it here. Your nation does have to be in control to do the supply run. That part hasn't changed.

But once you've done it, you can OP back and forth as long as any nation controls it, and the level limits have been lowered on a lot of the outposts. Note that that page is wrong about needing Rank 3. I was OPing to the Dunes and back at Rank 2. Maybe even 1.
