I'm a returning FFXI player who's been away for about 4 years. I just picked up the 2007 collection for old times sake and had a few questions.
1. Are any of the new zones that come with the expansions appropriate for lower level characters to adventure in, or are they all for hight level characters?
2. Can I pick which server I want to play on or is it randomly assigned?

2. You can pick any server you want. No more World Passes required.  Ellipses on Fenrir There is no rush. If you're not willing to take your time, don't be surprised when no one wants to give you much of theirs.

So, that's where I ended up. I will be playing very casually over the next month to see if I get back into the game. If there are any casual/social linkshells out there looking for members give me a shout.
