Hey guys, after a long "break" *coughworkcough*, I decided to play FFXI again.
Since I lost my account informations I have to start over and buy it again because my Reg. code is used... x.x

Now I'm wondering, I installed FFXI with all it's expansion packs.
Do I have to uninstal it again or do I just need the new Reg. codes?

Don't understand how you "use up" these "reg. codes". My understanding is that entering the codes merely attaches the codes to your POL account, so no other accounts can use them.

If you contact S-E/POL's customer service, they should be able to guide you through the steps needed to return to FFXI.

Well thats the deal, I forgot my POL ID after I stopped playing 8 months ago and I can't seem to find a way to retrieve that information because for any kind of support they want me to enter my POL ID but thats exactly my problem. >.<

have you tried calling them? And I guess you didn't read the instruction manuel, because they say to write down your POLID in the box provided ;P

No I didn't but I tried it without POL ID anyway and it worked too bad that they don't provide european support and I gotta try it later on the EU service because right now it's pretty late here. xD
I'm not going to call them but use the chat option instead because I feel awkward to talk with people I never met. :X

Looks positive though because when I told the US support about my issue they said it can be retrieved and I have any information they could ask for but the POL ID it's just that I have to contact the european service which I'll do this morning.
