ahhhh Help
i recently came back to FFXI and restoed my old characer which i played like a year prior. played for like for like a month then i had to stop playing so i cacnceled my content ID.

i came back last night to continue playing and its saying i have no content ID to reactivate

the only thing i can do is play the trial characters from my buddy pass

why is it not owkeing now like it did before

The character i was playing is no long on the list either, its like they dissapeared

if anyne knowns anything help is apprecaited

i may be wrong but i think i read that an old canceled character content ID can only be restored once?

perhaps thats my problem

you useing the right id?

I ahve cancles my content id's like 15 times and i reacticate them up to a year after.

Did you delete the character as well? If not, then your content ID and character should still be there.

yeah its the same ID i have always had

i dont remeber canceling my character only the content ID

when i went to my character list the only ones i had were from my trial buddy pass thing?

could i be im still using that and thats why its not showing up?

You need to log into PlayOnline using the ID for that account, not your trial account ID. If you log in with the trial ID, then you won't be able to access your characters from your original account.
