Please help me reactive my JP account
How can I reactive my JP account? I used the fake address info cause I dont live in Japan from this site that Ping put up but now its taken down..
anyone that can help me figure this picture out, cant read it.

I can't help you, unfortunately, but can I just say that I think it's retarded that SE doesn't allow you to purchase and use a JP account if you want to no matter where you are in the world. If you bought the damn account, and can understand Japanese, then why the hell do you have to live in the country?

If my account is still recoverable I would need someone to help me out on that..
maybe I can go on messenger while someone in Japan talks on the phone so I can give info while talking or something like that ^^

All the message says is that the method you used to use to pay for the account has expired.

It offers a solution in going to a 'convenience store' for a recharge card as one of the methods to fix this problem if you so desire.

Finally, it offers a suggestion to contact the Square Enix Information Center if you feel this is incorrect.


And for the hardcore:

I would assume by providing new/different payment info. It just looks like they had a problem with your last billing cycle, so they shut down your account. That's pretty standard procedure.

The only way is to pay of my bill is to pay a paper bill which I need to live in Japan to do, also I need a vaild japanese address to recieve to bill.
Is there anyone that can help me on that?

No, NA playonline and JP playonline billing system does not link. they cant even pull up my info in NA playonline supprt.
I have to call JP support but then I dont speak Japanese.

Have your tried to already? they may have someone who does speak english. I will see if my friend can tell me anything he is a NA who lives in Japan and uses the japanese ffxi. If i can get a hold of him ill let you know ne thing i can find out (^.^)b

Well, one of the problems of playing JP account is that one issue in that you must know someone in Japan to ensure they can catch you if you need help.

Based on what I was told by my Japanese friend, you need to call in to their JP support center (and none speak English well, the bilingual people in Japan are on the ONLINE GM team and not the phone support department). Alternatively, you can pay at a convienence store that will process that, and you just pay AT the convienence store and it will automatically release.

So, if you don't know the information, or people in Japan, you are shafted.
