Hello everyone,

I have been away from Final Fantasy XI for just under a year now and since buying my Xbox 360 I am cosidering coming back.
Can I play my PC account on the Xbox 360? Or do I have to start all over again?

Also before I left I gave my Gil/Items/Everything away to friends and linkshell members so I was wondering... HOW DO I MAKE GIL?
When I played last time I did Teleport Taxis & Grew Fire Crystals......
My character is a lv 56 Summoner(Own Full AF just can't use it all) And WHM 46(Own AF Wep lol)
Anyway any ideasd apart from Taxis and Fire Crystals to get my Gil boosted back up? I won't be lvling for afew weeks anyway really just wanna get my Gil up so I can buy my characters items back etc,
Any advice would be GREAT!

You make gil the same way you did before you gave it all away?

You can access your old account on the 360 no problem.

B4 I went away I basicaly did what I just said
Fire Crystals(8 Plantpots runnin)
Teleports(500G-2k per person)

takes awhile but works...
I'm really bad at camping NM's so thats me out of that

Teletaxing may take a while but it works.

You do NOT want to grow crystals though. Gardening is still profitable, but crystals are dirt cheap and not worth the effort/price. Find something else to grow. BCNMs are probably your best bet if you have the seals. There are a few good summoner ones.

I thought Fire Crystals were 2-3k a stack I can make 30k every 3 days with that....
Not alot but better then nothing plus I barely have to do anything

On Bahamut, Fire Crystals are about 1500g per stack. Really not worth the effort. But you can certainly still make some gil via gardening, if you grow the right thing. Just diversify.

Do research. Somepage has a rather good database on everything you can grow in gardening, and FFXI Auction House will present to you the current prices of items in Jeuno/Safehold/Whitegate Auction Houses.

If you quit a year ago you may have to wait for the next return to Vana campaign to get your char back though.

It was less than that. I partied with Galaxia in like, October or November.

Plus I didn't notice her saying she deleted her character. Just that she gave away her items and gil.

I didn't delete my char just canceld payment,
I poped on for Halloween event for a day or two but thats it.
My charcter still has her AF full set but she's not lv 60.....

Basicaly just need a way to get my cash flow back up. Teleports might be best way....
If I remeber right theres some good rare items that are cheap like 150k etc... dunno about Astral rings tho give mine to a new SMN in LS.
I might have afew bits n bobs like Seers top n stuff like that not 100% sure.....
Also I remeber she's Rank 5 so thats good lol Airships are my best friend.
Just really need some ways to crank up some cash that I can do SOLO.
maybe fishing? I have 8-9 fishing skill lol but haven't tried since they changed it lol....
Hmm dunno what else I can do.....
I know I'm not gonna be able to go back into Astral rings etc anytime soon but still won't be long til I can find some decent cash.... I hope.... Might be at a point where I can't come back not sure..... I know it's my own fault for givin all stuff away.....
