Returning but looking for Server Advise

Hello, I travel often between Hawaii and Guam I played FFXI for aprox a year after it's inital release. Now, I wanted to have another run @ it, as one of the reasons I left was finding that most of my server's population was JP and had hard times finding parties. So I'm looking for a server that has a healthy Aussie, Hawaian, Kiwi population. So if anyone could enlighten me I'd be greatful. Thx
