Is there any reason to pick up ToA or CoP?
Is there any reason to attempt to reactivate over starting from scratch?

As for the expansions... Actually VD is not that bad at all when you can get a pt... sometimes very difficult to find a pt your level range... but im guessin vd will be full of life again with new expansion and new jobs coming.
