RDM AF Quests 101

Maybe someone can help me here. Im trying for the AF boots.. I got the blood , the old boots all that , but when I went to the ??? it never asked me if I wanted to bury them? It just keeps reading ''Someones been digging here'' I have gone back a few times and still it reads the same. Am I missing something?

So you got the crawler's blood from a chest and the old boots (and cutscene with Curilla and Trion) but the ??? didn't let you bury them?

Sorry for the late reply. Yes thats correct. Im not sure why it wont let my bury them. It just keeps reading "Someones been digging here"

Are you clicking on the ??? or trading the items to it?

They are key items so you can't trade em.

That's really weird but it sounds like you may have skipped a chat with an NPC, but I can't think on any NPCs you need to talk between the CS with Trion and Curilla and the ???.

Are you sure you are clicking on the right ???

Yes , its the only ??? that l am aware of in the CN. Also , there was a high level RDM there who actually took his time to take me to it Avdi<3

And also , Murphie , the items are "Key Items" and l cannot trade them to the ???.

lm guessing l missed a chat as you have suggested , but then again l tried the ones l talked to to get the items and quest and nothing...

Since I already got my Gloves and basically completed the quest, the tights and tabard will still pop out of the coffer's right. Even though I completed The vermillion hands quest lol? Sorry for my noobness lol!

Yes, as long as you've flagged the hands quest to a certain point (not sure which, but in this case it doesn't matter), you can go get the AF out of the coffers any time, even after you've gotten the hat.
