The only thing that helps your enfeeble in my feeling, is your skill. INT MND never help me land my spells easier. I got +15 skill from my AF, +5 skill from a spider neck piece. And my spells rarely got resisted at all in a levelling group. In order to keep the chain going, you need enough MP. less MP = have to sit sooner and will stop your group's exp chain.

When I was LV51, I used to go to Quicksand Caves to hunt Anticans (Hastatus, Princeps, and Signifer). We had LV51 Elvaan WHM. Although I was hardly able to land paralyze on them, he succeeded more often. I was somewhat jealous of him. Then, I read this article (Japanese) and after that I started to eat ƒLƒmƒR‚̉–?Ä‚« (Sorry, I don't know how to call this in English) and now I always eat –‚?—‚Ì?Ä‚«‹ø to boost MND and hMP. I feel it makes some difference landing both Paralyze and Slow. BTW, I recently read an intersting article here again. It is also reported on the latest guide that MND affects the number of times they are paralyzed once the spell lands. I didn't care about this but it's nice to research the relationship between stats and spells. | |

ƒLƒmƒR‚̉–?Ä‚« = Sauteed Mushroom –‚?—‚Ì?Ä‚«‹ø = Witch Kabob (I'm just translating these directly, so I could be wrong about EN name. )Also, I just got the last released guide, but my g/f is borrowing it. Great book.

If I'm against stuff that resists, I usually bring out my int/mind gear and food buffs. With +18 in each IT cons RARELY resistes me. And para seems to stick heck of a lot more. My enfeeble skill is maxed. |

Man...I just started leveling RDM because I hit a milestone at level 20 with my War. I guess because I'm trying to gear him towards Pal (using 1h Sword and Shield) I am not very deisred for PT's because I don't do as much as DMG as another War with a 2h Wep. Anyways aside from that off topic statement, reading all these posts kinda make me not want to do it anymore. Seems too many people treat it like a career ("OMG I will never PT with you because you don't want to conform to my standards") attitude. I understand you guys want optimal performance from players, but this game isn't a job. Well for some it is I guess. But what do I know...I only started leveling as RDM, so I've yet to learn everything. I have learned alot of stuff though from the posts, most notably that I can atleast save money all these overpriced weapons on my server since most don't want/expect me to attack anyway. Also equipment suggestions I've read have been helpful too, and will probably work up WHM and BMG for my RDG as a sub later simply because I like casting period. I have a strong feeling im going to be abandoning my WAR, or if not, using my RDM to hit 30 and get PAL advanced jobs ince none apparently wants to pt with my War/Mnk.
