Re: Ranger Equipment

That NM is actually what eventually led to me quitting the game. I camped it a lot, had friends leave the game on logged in at the site for ToD's when we lost track of it. Between nearly a week of lost sleep and a friend camping it for me while I was at work, only for him to get claim and another ls mate that was in party to get the drop, it spelled the beginning of the end. Basically, don't go overboard camping it. Camping the thing for so many hours on end is a sure-fire way to go insane. Camp it when you have plenty of time and something to do between repops. Or better yet just do the BC.

This happened to me with Argus, i was trying to get a Peacock Amulet. I was so determined that i camped it for like a week straight and didn't sleep for beans that week. I ended up claiming it 3 times with no drop... then someone claimed it and got the drop but told me he had a full inventory and lost the drop because he was "banging his girlfriend", he got the claim, and drop, and then went back to banging without noticing. Yea, i'd rather have not known, that drove me insane, and i ended up quitting not too long after. Like you said bottom line, don't kill yourself camping something lol.

Edit: I just remembered i did get Blood Bead earing drop or whatever it's called on Leech King during all that camping of Argus, so i guess i can't complain too much, nice lump of gil for all my troubles.
