Diabolos's Torque

Okay, I've tried the search function and it failed me, so here it is..

My friend, a 75 xBow Ranger is considering the Diabolos' Torque, as the CoP group he runs with is thinking of doing the Prime fight.



What are your thoughts?

P.S: He won't tell me his equip, but I'm sure he's using Ranged Necklace atm and he doesn't have the money for Peacock.

Well, if PCC isn't an option, then I'd likely suggest Qiqirn Collar in its place. +4 Ranged Accuracy +8 Attack, -4 Accuracy -4 Attack. Its level 72.

Honestly, though, there's nothing really wrong with Ranger's Necklace, even at 75. I'd really worry about upgrading neck when sea access is obtained, particularly for Light or Breeze Gorget, and those are really just macro pieces.

Diabolos' Torque just offers no real advantages over what is out there now.
