Velocity Shot - HOw will it be?

I hope it has Hasso's recast/duration time of 1:00/5:00 but if it's more like WAR's Berserk it will probably be recast/duration of 5:00/3:00. . Would be nice if SE told us recast/duration >.>.

Well, its atleast not a single shot thing, description says it affects ranged attacks. Not sure if it will be like hasso or berserk, have to wait till tonight to find out.
I don't get off work until long after the update, so if someone wants to be super awesome and check it out and post their findings, that would be spectacular. I don't expect hardcore testing, but if someone had time and could merit with it a little to see what kind of difference it makes too, I'd love you forever.

If is like berserk, where the timer is like active 3min, recast of 5min then if you subbed /war you could stagger your activation of each to have them overlapping. That way you can have buffs 100% of the time.
We will find out soon enough!

Trying to find a group to test it out in practice. Or I might find something squishy in besieged to test it.

Oo That's an interesting recast/duration; as soon as it wears you can use it again! w00t!

Yeah, but no taking it off early to melee. Almost seems like it was directly targeted against people who use multi-hit weapons to tp. Still doubt its enough to make Kraken less viable, however.

You can still deactivate Velocity Shot, as you would Invisible and the like. I doubt anything could dethrone a kraken club rng.

What I'm saying is you couldn't use it for SW, deactivate it, tp with kraken for lower delay, then immediately reactivate it for another SW.

Honestly do you think it's worth all that trouble though for TP? Sure it's great if you have a Kraken club, but I'm not the type of RNG to go in your face, and WS in your face. I do believe in RNG that should be attacking far away. I like this new ability and I wish I had a freaking job so I can play with it!

Even though I'll keep RNG for end-game use to save money on ammo and Merit it up via SAM when that hits 75. >.>

Same, hour+ to go. Hoping someone finds something out before I get out of here. I imagine I'll hit the same brick wall everyone else is d/l'ing this patch and wont be able to play until tomorrow.

Reminds me of the good old days with the malicious attacks to lag the servers.
