You then upgrade it through several forms by getting a lot of dynamis money (very hard to get) and other random dynamis drops. Last I heard there was only one that was fully upgraded anywhere and I think that was on Asura. Check mysterytour they should have some better info on it. Relic bow > Wovler bow: Behemoth Horn, Lancewood Lumber, Carbon Fiber, Mont. Silverpiece x2
Wovler bow > Dynamis bow: Power bow, Shigeto bow, War bow, Mont. Silverpiece x15
Dynamis bow > Futatokoroto: Attestation of Transcendence, Lungo-Nango Jadeshell x 71
Futatokoroto > Yoichinoyumi: Snarled Fragment, R. Goldpiece x1

Like fastcart said, it can create a Light Skillchains, and if that wasn't enough, you can create a 2nd one by using Namas Arrow again right after the 1st Light; making a 2nd one.
