1. lvl 40 hume rng, what food should I use, yellow curry I've heard but dont know if thats changed at all.
2. scorp arrows still the best?
3. got the rng/thf jse r. acc.+ gear, that still the best orhas that changed too?

Today, while doing BCNM40 with a couple other rangers I noticed I was hitting harder than the other rangers. I checked the ranger who was closer to me damage wise and he was hume (like me), he had the same bow & arrows and his gear had the same ranged atk and str stats. He ate yellow curry and I ate dhalmel stew.
With zero fame, dhalmel stew is 2.7k from an NPC in Windurst Waters and Yellow curry is 7.5k on AH. Both foods last three hours.
2. Scorpion arrows are the best at L40 because there is no upgrade to x-bows at L40.
3. The Noct +1 set is the best L40 armor for rangers. Emperor hairpin and leaping/winged boots are still a bit better than the head and feet pieces.

If you're having issues missing alot you probably wanna use Squid sushi for the racc+ but with my full noct +1 and being Mithra I don't have a miss issue so I pick my food for more dmg vs. racc+ NIN75/RNG75/RDM75 SMN66/COR66/WAR55/BRD55/DRK51 Stephen King's Wizard and Glass: Fools are the only folk on earth absolutely guaranteed to get what they deserve. | | ::Quote Selected:: | | 07-04-2005, 06:24 PM | #5 (permalink) | | Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2003 Location: The place where nothing happens.
