If S-E raised the Cannon Shell Stack to 99...
... would the Culverin (the only gun that can use Cannon Shell) be a useful weapon for XP'ing and HNMs then? I have many higher lvl RNG buddies that argue on the usefulness of the gun if the cap was raised because of the -10 and -12 (HQ Culverin) Range Acc., and I just wanted to see the opinion of you guys :spin:

As with most things, would depend on the rest of your gear.
Culverin is about 1 thing really--large dmg WSs, but RNG WSs are so inherently inaccurate that dropping that much accuracy for HNM wouldn't be sensible. Maybe for other stuffs (XP and the like) where things are easier to hit.

wouldn't use it.

Delay = over 1k... with both bullet and gun combined.

you'd be standing to fire for like 4-5 seconds or more.

then it'd miss.

I think it would be pretty sweet for the occasional barrage + WS, especially at 75. At 75 you can do a 5 hit barrage, which would probably net you about 140% TP with that delay, then you can unload a sidewinder. Just a thought.

It is also useful macro'd in for Eagle Eye Shot.

I'd also never use it for xp. At level 73, it shoots far too slow to be useful. Every party I'm in past 72 or so is all about killing as fast as possible. Mobs just aren't strong enough anymore as IT++ ceases to exist for xp purposes. In a multi rng PT in sky, you'd be lucky to get enough tp to even get off a slug shot each mob w/ a delay that long on your gun.

Not sure if ranged atks are an exception but 18 tp per hit seems to be the most you can get.
