I have many higher lvl RNG buddies that argue on the usefulness of the gun if the cap was raised because of the -10 and -12 (HQ Culverin) Range Acc., and I just wanted to see the opinion of you guys :spin:

Culverin is about 1 thing really--large dmg WSs, but RNG WSs are so inherently inaccurate that dropping that much accuracy for HNM wouldn't be sensible. Maybe for other stuffs (XP and the like) where things are easier to hit. Delay = over 1k... with both bullet and gun combined.
you'd be standing to fire for like 4-5 seconds or more.

At 75 you can do a 5 hit barrage, which would probably net you about 140% TP with that delay, then you can unload a sidewinder. Just a thought.  I believe in karma. I'd also never use it for xp. At level 73, it shoots far too slow to be useful. Every party I'm in past 72 or so is all about killing as fast as possible. Mobs just aren't strong enough anymore as IT++ ceases to exist for xp purposes.
