Patriach's Protectors Arrow. GONE.

A JP friend of mine is about to retire from FFXI and is distrubting his equipment to all his friends. He is windhurstian and has an ungodly amount of CP that he never bothered to use. I was wondering, Is the PPA ex? cuase it would be great if he could purchase it. I'm Sandorian, so I really don't know how else i could Get the arrow. His from Windy. I've read in a few other posts about how It is possible to purchase the arrow from windy gate guards but they neever go into detail about it. Does anyone know if it is tradeable? Also, CP wise, do i have to wait until windy is last in conquest rankings and how much CP would it cost for a Sandorian? (which is never in bahamut, windy is always 1st or 2nd usually, bloody lil tarus). thx and sorry if this question has been posted before. Oh, CP wise, if i changed allegiances from Sandy to Windy (master casters in the future), would i lose all my Conquest points too? XD. thx

Your nation needs to be in first, then you can purchase items from other nations at higher cost. 40k CP. Not tradeable

If you switch allegiances you go back to 0 cp points for that country, however if you switch back to your original allegiance you can regain all the cp points you had for that country.

As a side question: Do you lose CP points when you die with signet on? I was thinking of switching allegiances much later in the game when I will be able to do most all the missions quickly and soloable, but I wanted a quick and easy way of getting CP. Could you lvl a lvl 1 job (since xp flows in quickly and easily) and then de-lvl back to 1 over and over again? This would theoretically get you a lot of beastman seals as well, but I wasnt sure if the CP thing would work.

Does anyone know if you could do this?

yeah, 'cept you'd have to do it around level 5 or so...

There's no way to lose CP other than spending it and changing allegiance (even then you don't really LOSE it). And the lowest level you can delevel is to 4. I thought it was 5, but I found out otherwise by mistake >.<

I just brought up this arrow in the SAM board. I was thinking it would be good for Unlimited Shot+ WS, but since SAM will never get US, it's kinda pointless to think about :/ O well, something for RNGs I guess.
