ranger question

i have never played this game before but I was wondering why ranger is so expensive??? from what i have heard, 100 good bullets can be bought for about 5, 000 gil, whereas i hear other job classes spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on equipment? i dont see how ranger can be that much more expensive than other jobs. is there something i am missing?

And we have the same, if not more, expensive equipment. Go check out the Peacock Charm or Euryto's Bow. Both hover around 3 million gil. Of course, these are not requirements; I'm just saying that we also have very expensive equipment. Every class does.

And as said, a stack of bullets/arrows goes extremely fast. One level can cost you tens of thousands of gil, and even more if you sub nin and use utsusemi.
