I have a question about AF armor for your class ...

where would you get it ...or do you start with it when you change classes ... so whats up with it..?

You get your AF armor by first reaching a high enough level for the specific job, then you go on a quest to get each and every one of the pieces. You won't be able to get it until you've reached the necessary level because you won't be able to accept the quest until you do. Each quest for each job is different as well.
