Here are some random quests that I have done but I don?ft know if they are up on the MSG boards:

Altiret I8 Port SanDoria
After talking to Altiret, talk to nearby girl Miene to get event, then talk to Altiret again, and finally Miene, with which you will receive a silver coin. To get to the pickpocket, go to W.Ronfaure F6 and trade the silver coin to the pickpocket there. Report back with the spectacles to quest giver.

Chalvatot F7 Castle in SanDoria
Trade ƒfƒ‹ƒt‚Ì•…—t“y which can be bought in AH, or dropped by Doom Scorpions in Crawlers nest. Reward is Xarcabad and Beaceudine map.

Novalmauge In the prison in SanDoria
Trade ?b?l‚ÌŒŒ which can be bought for around 1k in AH, or dropped by Thread Leeches in Passhow.

Speak to Autreneau in Inn at Port San, then Thierride. Now trade 5 rabbit meat to Thierride, and get 150 gil from him. Speak to Autreneau to get grilled rabbit too.

Gulemont in Inn at Port San, I think you have to do this after the above quest. He wants a item found which he lost. Go to W. Ronfaure and examine the ??? at F11, G9, and G10. Report back for gil reward.

Some more:

Curilla Somewhere in the Castle in San.
Need to go to Ghelsba outpost, then enter Yughott. Take an exit to Fort Ghelsba from them, and go to J8 and go through the tent to enter another a different part of yughott. Stay along the right wall, and eventualy there there is a path heading right that leads to another area. The springs you need to go to are near the entrance. Just examine the spot and go back to Curilla for the reward (Claws)

Thunder Hawk outside Mayor's office in Selbina.
Need to go find 2 people, and to do that, go to Beadeaux and fight De Vyu Headhunter (M10 NM) at I9. Use the item you get (same item needed for M10) at the Jail Door, which is at I8 on down on the ground, not the elevated parts. You have to trade the item to the door to see the event. When event is over, go back to Thunder Hawk for 3000gil and Rangemont pass map.

These are 2 quests, but you do them together:
First talk to Ilumida, Up Jeuno G8, who wants a candle. To get the candle, which is a daijinamono item, go to Rouliette in the Goddess temple, and talk to him to initiate the 2nd quest. Give him ƒ‰ƒmƒŠƒ“ which are dropped by Battering Rams in La Theine to complete the quest and get the candle. Now talk to Ilumida again to finish the 1st quest. The reward for that is a flower necklace (CHR+3)

Femitte S.SanDoria I8
Need to go to Bastok Markets F10, and speak with the female Elvaan Michea in the house. She will tell you she needs a Mythril Ingot to create the item needed, so trade her one. Wait a while (not sure of time), and then talk again and you will get a Daijinamono. Go back to Femitte for your reward, a White Cape.

Nogelle Port SanDoria G7
Wants 3 ƒ‹ƒtƒFŒÎ‚̉– which can't be bought, only found off River Crabs by the lake in W.Ronfaure.

Dauperiat N.Sandoria by the gate
After accepting quest, talk to Halver (in the Castle), then talk to Dauperiat and trade him ‰¤?é‚Ì?ÝŒv?} which is dropped by a certain orc, I forgot. (I got item in Davoi, but it might be possible to get from Ghelsba or something)

1. The Galka near the guidestone area (by the fountain kind of....) in Low Jeuno (forgot name)

Light all the street lights in Low Jeuno. You can start after 21:00, don't know the time limit though.

2. Karou Mora or something like that, Low Jeuno

Get a Ahriman Lens and go to G-5 in Shakrmami and trade it to the Rockwell. Wait 12 hours real time (I think) and go back to get?è‚¢‹Ê a fortune telling ball. Go back and trade to the taru quest giver to finish the quest.

-Equip ?b—…‚Ì?‚ (shield from Quadav)
-Go to Airship place
-Speak to person at counter (You will get a cut scene)
-Return to the Quest giver

Wahid I9 Mines
-Go without any equips to Obere Creek in N.Gustaberg.
-Examine the ??? to get Sirens Tear
-Trade item to Wahid

Parraggoh/Cornelia (Galka and daughter) Talk to Talib, in F6 of Port Bastok to accept.
-Trade zinc ore (from worms) to Talib.
-Give the daijinamono to the father, Parraggoh in H5 Mines

Talib F6 Port Bastok
-Have to do Galka and daughter quest. He wants 5 zinc ores.

Pavvke I7 Mines
-Wants ‹â‚Ì”FŽ¯•[, which is a rare silver necklace, and is dropped by Greater, Veteran, Onyx etc Quadavs.

Corann K6 Port Bastok
-Wants ƒNƒDƒ_ƒt‚Ì”w?b which is dropped by Amethyst Quadavs

Valah Molkat J12 Port Bastok
-This is the mog expansion quest for Bastok. She wants ƒAƒ}ƒŠƒŠƒX which can be bought in Upper Jeuno. This won't appear in your offer list.

The boy in the street of Bastok Mines, I forgot name....
-Trade him a Mythril Helmet. He will give it back, so you can just buy one from AH and sell it back again.
