I just got lucky that someone was shouting for it in WG when I wasn't busy. I had the quest ready three or four weeks ago, but I wasn't in any hurry, since I'm only BLM41 right now. (I'm waiting to get the final cut scene when I ding 56). Our party of four also got helped by people skilling up nearby. And Wiki says BST is supposed to be able to solo it by throwing pets at it, so you could go there and shout. If you find a couple others to go, and I'm on as WHM and not busy helping someone else, throw me a tell and I'll help.

I tried duo-ing it to no avail, and was raised by a 75BST who was soloing there. And then he volunteered to solo the NM for me, and it was flawless. So you might try finding a 75BST.
