Hat Shop Publicity Quest

Does anyone know if this is correct, or knows anything else about this quest? The "2nd story house master" isn't named, so if anyone has any help, id appreciate it. I talked to all these people, going to the only 2nd story house and talking to the taru inside, and still didnt get quest done.

Hat Shop Publicity
Client: Baren-Moren Location: Windurst Waters, Baren-Moren Hatter (south H7)
Conditions: unknown Reward: Hat + 200g Repeatable: Yes, until you finish it properly
Details:
Baren-Moren wants you to show the new hat she has produced to as many people in Windurst Waters as you can.
If you leave the waters area, the publicity effect you have created so far will be reset.
Clear method:
You can do this quest as many times as you want until you clear it properly (and get the hat).
There are 6 people in Windurst Waters who you must talk to to finish this quest.
If you miss any of them and choose "I've had enough" when you talk to Baren-Moren, you will just get a cash reward and you will be able to do the quest again. If you talk to everyone, she will give you the hat.
1. Master of the two-storey house in sourth-west area
2. Clais - hume child stood on the bridge to the east of the restaurant
3. Kyume-Romeh - in the restaurant
4. Tosuka-Porika - in the Optistery library
5. Perchiru-Mashiru - in the Aurastery
6. Taru taru in front of the residential area entrance
These characters will all talk about hats when you first talk to them, so you can confirm you are doing the quest properly.

Another quest that wont work...:
I have talked to both Tosuka and Orn, but Quu Bokye won't accept the silver item dropped by the pipers...any info? :sweat:

Details:
Someone has borrowed a book and still hasn't returned it even though the due date has passed.
Can you get back the book called "Fine Art for Everbody" from a hume called Orn?
Clear method:
First go to the second floor of the inn and ask Orn (F9) where the book is.
In the deepest part of Giddeus there is a treasure room (G6 in the lower part) where a special Yagudo lives. You have to open the Wistaria Doors behind Uu Zhoumo to get in here. Once inside, trade the silver coin with Quu Bokye to get the book. Then talk to Furakbu-Norakku to complete the quest.
Yagudo Pipers, Mendicants and Persecutors drop the Silver Coin, or it can be stolen.

About a hat quest.
After the patch (I don't remember which one tho), they've changed the requirement. You used to be able to complete this quest only by talking to certain people in Wind Waters, but now you have to talk to as many people in wind waters as possible. It's a pain to talk to everybody in that area tho:dead: Good luck!

Here is what I did on the hat publicity quest:

I went and talked to every single person in wind waters and then went back to the hat shop owner and finished the quest...the list jonnyram has is either missing some ppl because they were added to the requirements after he wrote the guide or it was never a complete list in the first place. I know that it will take about 30 mins to do it this way but it worked for me and for Gatts.

As for the second quest you posted make sure that you talk to everyone involved before going to giddeus...especially those in the oratory library...if I am not mistaken you will talk to someone there and they will mention the kana for the book which will be in blue...then you have to go to the guy who borrowed the book who is above the restaurant and he will also mention the book, then you go to giddeus with the beastman coin.

Have you completed Library quest series #1 (�Õ�?��̉��) ,which is for the map of Horutoto?

You need to complete that before you can accept �m��̎��.

You dont need the hat and money to complete the quest.
I didnt get the hat or the money since I talked to the wrong people, but the quest is done.

You can retry that hat quest as many time as possible until you finish it in a correct way.
