how many quests do you friggen need!

So i've been doing quests for bastok on my lvl 11 blm taru in preparation to get warp. I've completed 11 quests and repeated one of them 3 times and still no lvl 2 fame. how many do do you friggen need?

The amount of fame reward from each completed quest varies based on how difficult the quest was. If you did 11 relatively simple quests, don't expect to have built up too much fame. Try some harder/longer quests. Maybe get some friends to help.

Or just continue doing simple and quick quests to build fame. Just don't expect to reach your fame goal quickly.

Most of the quest available to you now won't lead to much fame. I find doing quest that had prerequisites give more fame than the initial ones. By that I mean some quest aren't available till you've done a different one. Also, more quest open to you once you have a higher level of fame, so perhaps check and see if any of those are available to you.

If all else fails, trading stacks upon stacks of boyada (sp?) moss to the guy next to sheep in Selbina will help raise fame in Sandy, Bastok and Jeuno. Just gets really really boring doing that for a couple hours, and can cost a bit of gil.

Not to mention trying to read what that guy is saying makes your head ache after just 2 minutes, let alone repeating the quest over and over again.

Keep in mind that the boyadha moss quest giver does give a bit of money back for those moss you trade. I was able to make about 15k for the moss i bought of the AH. Watch the Auction House and you may be able to come out ahead!!

7200 a stack is the magic number i do believe. If you get the moss below that line you make money. More importantly you are raising Jeuno Fame by doing this quest

Its currently 7100 a stack on garuda in Jeuno but 10k a stack on Kujata (his server) according to FFXIAH.

Could be cheaper in Bastok though, I can't remember.
