I logged out in Upper Jeuno last night and had to wait till registration maintenance was done to reactivate a mule. I'll try zoning out and entering again. Mhurron: It's a bug, and you know it. No one needs to zone out to do anything with regards to completing a quest (Why? The NPC is there).
