I have started doing runs for this quest from Kazham to Jeuno. My questions is this. Does this quest raise fame for all cities or just for kazham? I have read on the Quick reputation guide on the ffxiclopedia site that its for all areas.

Also if it is for all areas, will it raise norg fame aswell?

i think it raise the fame from the city where u take the ship only

So if i do this in kazham, my fame should rise in Windurst/mahura? I have herd that kazham is linked to windy.

i think kazam has his very own fame and the mahura fame is the same of selbina so i think u will only raise ur kazam fame

Yes, it will raise your Windurst fame. And Mhaura fame is connected to Windurst, not Selbina (as far as I know). Selbina fame is connected to Bastok and Sandoria.
