I know this isn't like WoW where all quests give EXP, and I know of things like Eco Warrior, but are their any quests a BLM could solo that gives EXP? There has been a BLM rush on Midgardsormr and it's hard to find a party when your competing with 10 others BLMS who already have 75 jobs and better equipment then me(like all the HQ staves instead of just one)...

yes. The ENM, pulling the strings, is great for XP. Only 2 complicating factors though:

1. You can only do it once every 5 days.
2. You must make a bet with a gob on a dice roll. The higher you bet, the more of a chance you have of winning. Theoretically, you could lose a lot of gil on this, depending on how much you bet.

I myself solo this every 5 days to get limit points. There's no xp loss if you die, and if you win, you get 2k xp a pop, and a chance to get a Spirit Lantern, which is the best ammo enchantment piece for blm.

Try this series in Sacrarium.
And this quest in Bastok.
I think these can only be done once a Conquest Tally.
May also try the chocobo quests for best time. If you make it quick enough, you can get an exp scroll.

Also in relation to the bastok one, you can only do one of the 3 cities "Escort for Hire" quests once a week (this includes All by Myself in Bastok and The Big One in Tavnazia)

And you can do them once a week, though sometimes soloing is hard, dude to True sight mob placement (for the Spice Gals series quests). It is do able, and a ton of people do them.

That riverne one looks promising but I have no clue how I could solo giant scales on BLM... So I'll have to stick to bastok.

IIRC, you don't have to gamble with the gob, it's just the easiest way to get to the battlefield.
