Getting back your Artifact Armor after Obtaining AF+1

I have a question about getting back your original Artifact Armor after you have turned some of it into Articact Armor +1. I know I talk to an NPC and he erases my memory of the AF quests (or something like that), but do I have to redo all of the quests or just the one I need to replace.

Example: I got AF+1 feet and want to get my AF feet back for level capped things. Will I need to do the Quest for my AF Weapon first since it is a prerequisite for doing the AF feet quest, or can I just jump straight to doing the feet?

From what I recall there are conditions to it all.

First off in order for the NPC to even erase your memory you can't possess any of the AF equipment (not sure if +1 will effect that).

Second thing is yes you do have to start from the very beginning and work back through it all.

i know this is bringing up an old topic.. but i can't find this NPC to erase my memory and i can't find any info on where he is.

Anyone rememeber or know where this NPC is at so i can get started on getting mine back?
