My Moggle recently asked me for a Power Bow and the ring for the first Mog Safe upgrade. I traded them to him, got the 'zomg thank you' reply, and somepage says he'll be gone for awhile. So I switch to my level 1 BLU and head to Gustaberg to start learning spells, come back like 5 hours later and he's still there, with same safe. So has he not left yet(probably this one), or is this just some random glitch?

Just curious so I know whether to freak out or not >_>.

I usually just leave him over night. Not sure the exact time he'll be gone.

I don't think it has ever been established exactly how long the moogle goes away after completing one of the quests. I know I've seen reports that indicate it sometimes takes more than a few hours - sometimes more than a day.

Yeah, and I don't think he ever goes away for real. I've completed all three and a couple on my mules. He has never been missing from my Mog House. I think he "goes away" while you are out adventuring and/or logged out.

It could be that you have to wait for JP midnight, that's pretty common in quests.

Like Haggai suspected, it's JP midnight for mog to come back w/ a larger safe, which is about 5 mins away.

In case you don't know, midnight in JST (Japan Standard Time) is the same as 11:00AM EDT/8:00AM PDT; JST is GMT+9.

yeah, I always just figured it was JP midnight. Its been so long though I don't even remember anymore.
