MAP Quest - Attowaha Chasam

OK so I went to Port Windy and tried to talk to the taru Chipmy Popmy to begin the quest. Yet all he is talking about is the fishermens guild. Now I like fishing but I really need this quest more. Is there some fame requirement that I am unaware of in Windy. Thx for the replys.

Here's two stupid questions for you:

1. Did you register the expansion pack yet? I.E. load the content ID's onto your account?

2. Have you seen the CoP cutscenes up to the first promyvion yet?

From what I've seen, most of CoP quests tend to be storyline related, meaning missions seem more important than fame in getting a particular quest. Like the Riverne map quest which you don't see until you've hit the mission in B-01 and been bumbling around A-01 for entirely too long. On the other hand, I went into CoP with maxxed Jeuno fame, so I'm entirely willing to admit I could be wrong on this.
