ok it is definitly not in the Big Tree in Windurst that's for sure, cus i went there... possibility in WIndurst 10%
I basicaly talked to all the NPC w/ my friends...

but i might miss some...

all u need is a level 30 char to accept the quest 100% reliable

it's really hard to say whether it is in windurst, my whole ls went searching every area.... no one gave us the quest.

willie and i were on an airship with 18 people to wind. they led me to that wild onion quest taru...... not sure whats going on.
