there`s a quest that require 4 flint stone however i got the stones but the quest giver didn`t allow me to complete that quest y?

There is a quest in Bastok for four Flint Stones, but it's not a guy. It's a woman. And she doesn't always want them. There is one in San d'Oria however. The quest in Bastok is for Zinc Ore, which is an entirely different animal.

Bastok Flint Stone Quest

Sandy Flint Stone Quest

There are other quests that ask for those items, but those are the only ones that ask for four.

The quest is on a 15-minute timer from the last time it was done. If you can't activate it, it means someone else did it less than 15 minutes ago.
