Thief AF 1 question

I have activated the first AF quest for the Thief job in Windurst. I went to Tenshodo (inn) in Lower Jeuno, spoke to all the NPC's around and nothing happened. I then went to Selbina just to see if maybe I didn't catch something and could still continue on. Nothing happend in Selbina when I spoke to everyone at the inn there.

There is a door at the inn in Lower Jeuno I can't enter located at the back. I'm wondering if that has something to do with it. Someone please tell me what I need to do to move forward on this quest. Names of NPC's to speak to would also be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

that inn you cant enter with giving the invite letter to aldo~this is for mission 10
i think you can do this even without trying to do m10
its a quest to give the letter to aldo
then you can enter the door in the back of the inn
