M9 Sandoria Question

Finsihed M9 awhile back for Sandoria, but cannot get M10. After resuing the elvaan from delkfutt tower, I still can't goto the back room and stuff. I got my rank4 now, but I can't start m10 ><. Are there certain people that I need to talk to first in Sandoria prior to receiving the mission from Jeuno? Some pls post the missing step for me, thx.

I would try tradeing crystals to the T.K. guards until the mission bar is full(if it isn't already). Then as far as I remeber you just have to talk to the Jeuno Ambassador you saved in M9 to get the quest. She can be found in a room behind the guard you get the signet from in Ru'Lude Gardens. As far as I know that should be it.
