Okay, I'm not sure if this completely related to "Quests" - I feel that it isn't, so here I go with my question.

At "somepage.com" where it tells you how to level up fame, there is something I'm a little unsure about, and have a question to ask.

I am trying to level up fame for Jeuno to do the Gobbie Bag quests.
I know that one way is to do quests in either Sandy, Bastok, or Windurst, or do the sheep man run in Selbina, but what I want to know is........
well..... for Jeuno fame, it says (and I quote)
"Enhance fame in Bastok, San d'Oria, or Windurst." (taken from somepage.com)

Now, all the while I've been lead to believe that you have to enhance your fame in "ALL" 3 main cicties to raise fame for Jeuno, but what I mean is.......
can I just keep raising fame, say in Sandy, (for Jeuno fame) instead of all 3 cities?
I know that the sheep quest in Selbina raises fame for Sandy and Bastok, but the thing is..... you don't actually need fame in all 3 main cicties to raise fame for Jeuno, only for one city. Is this correct, because that is what it is seemingly saying on "somepage.com" (from the quote I gave)

So It isn't saying....... raise fame there, there "AND" there.

But what it is saying is....... raise fame there, there, "OR" there.
meaning that you don't have to raise fame in all 3 to get fame for Jeuno, only one.
Is this correct?

Jeuno fame is determined by how much fame you have in each of the three starting cities. In other words, you DO need to level fame in Bastok, San d'oria, AND Windurst in order to max out your Jeuno fame.

Even if you have fame in only one city it will still translate into some sort of fame for Jueno. Jueno fame is based on your current fame from all sources combined. You just won't get hero fame in Jueno by only raising fame in one city probably, that's all.

I believe its an average, so if you only level Sandy fame, you can get up to 33% total jeuno fame... Given there's I believe nine ranks of fame, that's Rank 3 Jeuno just from Sandy (give or take a little, considering there are jeuno quests, too).

I had max fame in Sandy and Bastok, but only lvl 4 fame in Windy. I still had hero fame in Jeuno. I also did the lighting the torches quest in Lower Jeuno several times.
