Re-obtaining Wastebasket?

How can I re-obtain Wastebasket furniture from Selbina "Donate to recycling" quest?
Tried talking to the quest NPC and trading 5 of the same onion items again, but that didn't work.

I talked to a GM and he said it's possible to reaquire it but didn't want to say how. --;

Only idea I have is the fabled (i.e. probably pure BS) NPC who sometimes appears in Beaucedine, or wanders around in Beaucedine, or something like that, and who reputedly can sell you any ex item you've ditched.

Having never seen any NPCs in Beaucedine besides the conquest NPCs and the three Rhinostery tarus, I'd be likely to write it off as BS. But then, it could be a case like those beastman-treasure goblins in the jungles and the desert, where it's only one game day a week or something. I've only twice run across such a gob, and I spend more time in the jungles/desert than I do in the glacier.

The quest itself isn't repeatable, as far as I know.
