This is from memory so things might be a little off.

M5 is skippable. I skipped it so if you want to know how to do it do a search on the forum (a few people posted about it a while back).

For M6 you need to talk to Kupipi in Heavens Tower (Windurst Woods) after the gate guard. Once you have spoken to all the necessary people, pick a dragon to slay (Bastok or Sandoria). I recommend you decide with a few others who are doing the mission so you can all plan to fight the same one, don't be like me and pick the Bastok dragon when all your friends are killing a different one because it may be hard to get help unless you are lucky like I was.

If you decide to kill the Bastok dragon, head to Sandoria first and talk to all the people at the Windurst embassy there. Then go to the castle and speak with someone in the first room (forgot who) who will ask you to kill Warchief Vatgit. So go to Ghelsba and do that. He'll be a pushover for you solo, was for me when I was level 23 monk

Report back in the castle and embassy then when all is done and your Mission menu is back to how it was when you left Windurst, head on to Bastok. Talk to your embassy in the Metalworks, then the guy they ask you to talk to in the main building there, then Grohm in the eatery. Once he's done with his story, head to Parlborough with some helpers to fight the dragon on the third floor. Once you maim him, report back in Bastok to the appropriate people then head all the way back to Heaven tower in Windurst to rank up.

If you do M6 the other way (Bastok>Sandoria route) I have no firsthand experience to advise you. Just piece it together from the Bastok and Sandoria walkthroughs on the site.

For M7, talk to Kupipi again in the tower then climb the staircase to the Vestal chamber. Talk to the mithra outside and you'll get a cutscene. For some more background on your task, talk to the two tarutaru on the stage in the Orastery (Port). Head to Oztroja (east of Meriphtaud) and sneak over to the door at I-8. Examine the levers. Cutscene. Follow the path around, opening the hatch when needed, and sneak out of Oztroja and back to report to Kupipi.

M8 is skippable and I didn't do it ;p

M9 and further missions are the same as for other countries. Only difference is who to report to and receive the task from, which you should be able to find for yourself now

~X (I'm so tired)
