Summoner Quests

I've noticed that when doing the summoner quests, in addition to the summoner, you can also select a few equipments, belts, rings, torques, etc.

If you do select the equipments, can you redo the fight to get the summon afterwards. or vice versa?

Not personal experience here, but from what I've heard, you can do the 60-level summoner quests multiple times, and get rewards multiple times.

Especially since you need to get the 'whispers' from each of those avatar quests to get to Fenrir.

Not 100% sure though, just speaking from what I've read and heard.
